Energy therapy is the art and science of working with and teaching people to work with these energies to empower them to live happier, healthier lives. Join Lynn, Margaret and Caroline as they present an overview of several energy therapies which, for some, have been shown to increase energy, deepen relaxation and provide pain relief. They will also explore with you the current and expanding role of complementary medicines in healthcare. Several techniques will be taught to use alone and also with a partner.
